Third Annual LBV Fishing Derby

A fun-filled morning of fishing, competition, and camaraderie open to all Lake Bella Vista residents and their guests. Last year’s event, despite the global pandemic, drew 165 anglers and 47 boats.

New this year: Re-Rod
Re-Rod is a donation program to help outfit today’s youth with a rod & reel - a reason to Get Outdoors. We’ll accept new or gently used fishing gear, refurbish and re-spool it with fresh line, and get it into the hands of a new angler.
Contact Alan today to donate or if you know of a child that would enjoy the adventure of fishing and needs equipment to get started.
We will distribute the gear before the fishing derby so more can join in the fun. The gear will be theirs to keep and enjoy.

Everyone registered is eligible to win. Grand prize will be awarded by drawing. Second and third prizes go to largest bass and largest pike, respectively. Subsequent prizes awarded by drawing. Check back often; we’ll begin posting this year’s adventure starters soon.
